1. Book an Appointment

To ensure dedicated time for your assessment, please schedule an appointment using the calendar below. Walk-ins are not available for gold-selling services.

2. Bring the Essentials

On the day of your appointment, please bring:

• A valid photo ID

• Your bank account details for payment

• The gold items you wish to sell

3. Get Your Quote

We will evaluate your items on-site and provide a no-obligation quote.

Important Notes

• Gold-buying appointments are managed separately from our jewellery store services. If you’re interested in custom jewellery or our collections, our sales team will be delighted to assist during regular store visits.

• This service is available by appointment only to minimize disruptions to our core jewellery business and ensure you receive the best experience.

• Our gold-buying service is available in-store only. We do not accept gold items by mail or offer remote evaluations.
