Exquisitely crafted in 9ct yellow gold, this Vine Ring showcases hand-engraved 9ct white gold leaves delicately framing a stunning 8x6mm rectangular/octagonal emerald-cut amethyst. Complementing this vibrant purple gemstone are two claw-set brilliant-cut diamonds (2mm each).
